Happy Birthday!

Blue Cottage Lane is 4!

Lifting up others

Can you believe it?  It’s hard to believe that Blue Cottage Lane is 4 years young. Blue Cottage Lane got its start during the pandemic. I needed to get some peace from all the “noise” on the news, something tangible, so I started with watercolor painting. Yes, watercolor painting. Let’s just say that it was a bit of a runny mess. So, I packed up my paints & brushes, and started making soap! Soaping was messy, too, but I felt more at peace & it was a joyful experience. So, here we are this month, 4 years strong.

From the start there have been challenges, then growth & new friendships with other small businesses. It’s never dull. If anything, running a small business is a blessing and a true joy. We have been supported by so many of you and we’re grateful.

So, I want to thank ALL of you for your continued support and constant encouragement. Blue Cottage Lane would not be here today, if not for you.

Lifting up others

Blue Cottage Lane has been helped by so many, we’re lifting up other fellow small businesses! We’re also going to be highlighting our retailers. So, keep an eye out for our next newsletter coming soon.
Here’s a sneak peak of a wonderful artisan jewelry maker, Rachel Dunn, owner of Rachel Dunn Jewelry. She’s captured nature in her necklaces and earrings! Makes for a great Mother’s Day gift and a special treat for you!
